I saw some of the reviews of this place, so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go, but I’m so glad I did! Frank was absolutely amazing!! He did a great job on my pedicure, and the massage was lovely. He even did some reflexology, apparently he used to do it back in the day. It’s too bad he doesn’t offer it all the time because I’d definitely pay extra for it! 😊
I was in the building for blood work. I am in a walker and move very slowly. I walked by groovy Nails and asked if they could take me for a pedicure, manicure. There was two customers. The lady was very rude to me and said no we have no openings today very busy. And walked away. I feel I was judged being in a walker and the way I was dressed. This is no way to treat potential customers. They had time and room for me.
Super happy with the service today. Seen may.... the customer service was amazing.
Came to Groovy Nails based on recommendations from a friend and they did not disappoint. It was a very pleasant, relaxing and therapeutic experience for a first timer like me. The beautician on duty, Leslie, took her time and ensured both pedicure and manicure were expertly done and I was delighted with the results. She was also engaging. Affordable pricing and staff availability are also a plus for this place. Highly recommended and will be back again. Thank you.
I had a wonderful experience at Groovy Nails this morning! I walked in last minute for an acrylic fill. I told the technician exactly what I wanted and she did a stunning job. The service was quick and professional. I am beyond happy with my nails and I will definitely be back next time. Thank you so much! ☺️
