I saw some of the reviews of this place, so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go, but I’m so glad I did! Frank was absolutely amazing!! He did a great job on my pedicure, and the massage was lovely. He even did some reflexology, apparently he used to do it back in the day. It’s too bad he doesn’t offer it all the time because I’d definitely pay extra for it! 😊
I was in the building for blood work. I am in a walker and move very slowly. I walked by groovy Nails and asked if they could take me for a pedicure, manicure.There was two customers. The lady was very rude to me and said no we have no openings today very busy. And walked away. I feel I was judged being in a walker and the way I was dressed. This is no way to treat potential customers. They had time and room for me.
